Chimes Flying Program (CFP) is designed for individuals who have passed their DGCA Ground Subjects examinations and are now poised to amass the necessary flying hours to secure their Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

Program Outline

Chimes Flying Program (CFP) is tailored for those who have passed DGCA Ground Subjects examinations and seek to finish their flying training for their Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

Duration : This is a full-time flying training program, subject to the number of flying hours required
Training Modules
Flying Training

The flying training phase takes place at our air bases in Dhana and Neemuch on our most modern fleet of Cessna 172, Piper Archer DX, and Diamond DA42 aircraft. Cadets train on our DGCA-approved aircraft simulators as a part of Flight Training.

The flying training program is structured as follows:

  • 185 hours of Single Engine Aircraft
  • 15 hours of the Diamond DA 42 Multi-Engine Aircraft
  • 20 hours dedicated to Simulator Flying

Admission

Eligibility

Education

10 + 2 with a minimum score of 50% in Physics, Mathematics, and English.

Candidates with foreign qualifications must obtain an academic equivalency certificate from AIU (Association of Indian Universities) for the aforesaid subjects

National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) mark sheet is accepted with a minimum score of 50%

Candidates should have cleared at least four DGCA exams at the time of application

Age

Above 17 years

Medical

Valid Indian DGCA Class I / DGCA Class II Medical certificate

Please Note: Class I Medical is mandatory for the issue of a Commercial Pilot License.

Passport

Valid Indian Passport

Police Verification

Possess a Criminal Record Check (CRC) Basic Disclosure Certificate

English Language Fluency

Both Written and Verbal

Flight crew exams

The candidate must have cleared DGCA flight crew exams for these four subjects.
1. Technical General
2. Aviation Metrology
3. Aviation Navigation
4. Air Regulation

Assessment & Selection Process

Stage 1: Application Review and Eligibility Assessment

After submitting the application, candidates who fulfil the criteria will be notified about their eligibility status.

Stage 2: ADAPT Assessment

Eligible candidates undergo Online Assessment of knowledge and psychometric test. These assessments are designed to evaluate the candidates' suitability and aptitude for the program. The knowledge test covers English, Physics, and Mathematics at a 12th-standard level.

The assessment fee for this stage is INR 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Rupees only).

Stage 3: Online Personal Interview

Following the interview, successful candidates receive an offer of admission into the program.
