Chimes Aviation Academy celebrates 18 years of pilot training in India
Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA) has completed 18 years of flying operations. This marks an important milestone in its journey of training pilots and supporting India’s growing aviation industry. Established in 2008, the academy has steadily expanded its fleet, infrastructure, and training capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on operational discipline and quality flying training.
The anniversary was marked across CAA’s airbases and offices, where instructors, cadets, and team members came together to reflect on the academy’s journey and acknowledge all those who have contributed to its growth over the years.
Over nearly two decades, Chimes Aviation Academy has trained aspiring pilots from across the country, contributing to the rising demand for skilled aviation professionals. Adopting structured training programs, modern aircraft, and an experienced faculty, the academy continues to prepare cadets for professional flying careers aligned with airline standards.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Uday Punj, MD, said:
“Completing 18 years is a moment of gratitude followed by celebration. The trust of students and their families, the dedication of our instructors, and the collective efforts of all our teams have shaped CAA’s journey. As the aviation landscape in India continues to mature and grow, our responsibility remains clear: to train pilots with professionalism, high-quality training, discipline, and a strong emphasis on safety for their long-term aviation careers.”
As we move forward, Chimes Aviation Academy remains focused on training pilots in India, for India, contributing to the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and supporting the nation’s expanding aviation sector.
