• One Year at Neemuch: We celebrated the first anniversary of our Neemuch Airbase, reflecting on a year filled with milestones and remarkable progress.
• Fleet Expansion: We proudly added 2 new Tecnam Aircraft, growing our total fleet to 24. This step reinforces our commitment to providing top-tier training resources for aspiring pilots.
• Championing Diversity: This year, 27% of our cadets were women, reflecting our ongoing efforts to break barriers and foster inclusivity within the aviation industry.
• New Career Pathway: We launched the innovative CAA IndiGo Flight Instructor Program (FIP), paving the way for pilots to transition into instructor roles and join India’s leading airline, IndiGo.
• Sustainability in Action: Our airbases treated 35,000 litres of wastewater and offset 160 tons of CO2 emissions, highlighting our dedication to a greener future.
• Sky-High Achievement: This year, we proudly achieved over 28,000 flying hours, setting a new benchmark for excellence.
