Aircraft
CAA is the first Aviation Training Academy in India to start operations with ten brand new Cessna- 172R Garmin 1,000 Glass cockpit aircrafts. This is the latest training aircraft produced by world’s leading training aircraft manufacturer Cessna. Inclusion of Garmin 1000 glass cockpit makes it closest to any modern airline cockpit. Additionally, CAA also has a Piper Seneca PA-34 for Multi Engine Training.

Flight Instructors
Flight Instructors are industry professionals with years of instructional experience. They provide extensive pre-flight and post-flight briefings, in addition to sharing there deep flying experience to ensure that students learn to fly the right way. CAA has seven full time Flying instructors.


Academic Faculty (Ground Instructors)
CAA's team of ground instructors are considered iconic in the Indian aviation domain with many years of rich experience providing realistic insight in the curriculum they deliver. Each staff member is evaluated and selected to ensure that the students receive personal attention and training. With more than five full time highly acclaimed ground instructors, CAA ensures a comprehensive course delivery.


Ground School

Ground training at CAA is conducted in IT-enabled classrooms equipped with Wireless Area Network and LCD projectors. It is backed by high quality course material consisting of latest CD-ROMs and a well-stocked library.

Simulators
CAA has an advanced Simulator with the Glass Cockpit and a 120-degree field of view. Training on this simulator assists student to comprehend real life situations. Simulator training forms a vital part of aviation training and is offered as an integral part of our PPL and CPL courses.

Aircraft Maintenance
A fully equipped maintenance facility has all the requisite tools and test equipment setup in a modern 11,000 sq ft hangar at the Academy. This along with the staff of highly qualified engineers and skilled technicians provides us the capability to conduct all servicing and maintenance schedules required for safe and efficient operation of our fleet. Software monitored large inventory of spares ensures minimum down time on the aircraft.

Other Facilities
In addition to facilities and services offered by CAA, assistance is provided to students for any other services they might require during their training at the Academy, which includes:

  • Bank Loan Assistance:CAA has tied up with banks to provide loans against training courses offered at the Academy. However the discretion of approving loans lies solely with the bank based on their loan evaluation criteria.
  • Campus Cafeteria:A modern cafeteria at the Academy provides hygienic and nourishing food during working hours.
  • Hostel/ Accommodation assistance:CAA has tied up with a local hostel facility at Sagar. The self contained and modern rooms are available as Single and twin sharing. The same is on a paid basis at nominal charges. Boarding and lodging in the hostel is mandatory for all students during training. Dining facility is available for the students at the hostel.
  • Well stocked Aviation Library:Students have access to various books on flying and ground training from the Academy library.
  • IT Facility:The Academy offers a Wi-Fi enabled campus for students to access course material online anytime.
  • Pilot Shop:In addition to course material provided along with the induction kit, students have access to a well stocked Pilot Shop, from where they can purchase all aviation related merchandise and books like uniforms, souvenirs, etc.
  • Other assistance:CAA Student Cell is available to provide any further assistance.
