Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA), a division of Chimes
Aviation Private Ltd., is India's Premier & Largest, fully integrated
Aviation training academy. CAA is driving a culture of excellence in all
facets of the academy. Our "World-class, global scale academy"
has the latest fleet, comprehensive curriculum and renowned faculty consisting
of aviation specialist with global exposure to deliver comprehensive training
for professional pilots in India.
Launched in June 2008, CAA has achieved many milestones like, the largest
operating fleet, more than 6000 Hrs of flying, 60+ resident students,
all this and much more. CAA has also set new milestones on quality and
processes acknowledged by the fact that CAA is India’s first and
only ISO 9001: 2008 certified Pilot Training institute
and also is amongst the very few privileged ‘Cessna Pilot
Centers’ in the world. CAA has exclusive access to 3 airfields
in Madhya Pradesh, Dhana (current operating base) & Baihar and Umaria
CAA offers DGCA approved fully integrated courses which are supported
with Single and Multi engine aircraft, the latest Garmin glass cockpit,
IT enabled Ground School, an advanced simulator and a large hangar built
to global standards. Complete training is conducted in-house at our academy
and does not require any external facility use.
CAA's 1st academy was launched in June 2008 at Dhana (Dist Sagar) and
has been established with an investment of INR 300 Million, with Capacity
of 120 CPL (Commercial Pilot License) per year. Strategically based at
Dhana (Sagar), CAA enjoys almost 320 days of clear weather thereby allowing
for maximum flying. CAA follows a rigorous evaluation & selection
process for student screening and induction. Strict adherence to quality
& ethics ensures our commitment of delivering excellence within defined
timelines i.e. CPL course completion in a record period of one year.
Current courses include full time courses like Commercial Pilots License
with Instrument Rating & Multi Engine Training (CPL- IR/ME) and Private
Pilots License and short term customized courses like Multi Engine rating,
Instrument Rating, License Endorsement and building flying hours for CPL
and PPL, under the 'Chimes Flying Programme'. These courses are available
around the year.CAA would soon be enhancing the training spectrum to offer
Helicopter Training.
